The hotel was clean n neat with nice staff, Overall, It is unbelievable that we can get it for cheap price with decent felicities, However, food is not so great.

The location is very good. very near from the new delhi metro station and the railway station. The staff were friendly and met with my expectations. Clean hotel, good facilities. Their commitments are good. Pick up from the airport was on time

I booked this hotel online as they were offering me free pickup from the Railway Station and this too when the room rate was very reasonable. I was fearing that their must be some hidden cost involved.My train was late by almost five hours.I Thought that I arrange to reach the hotel on my own as I was not expecting them to wait despite the big delay. Suddenly I got a call from the hotel on my mobile and they informed me about the delay and also said that they were still waiting for me.This was amazing efficiency from a small budget hotel. I felt so much of PEACE.After smooth check in, I was again pleased to see the room.Good size and the attached bath was also was of good size and very clean. They also arranged my travel needs very efficiently and yet very moderately priced. All in all, it was a trip I enjoyed completely. I can very safely recommend this hotel among my friends.

We were provided with reliable drivers who took us to Jaipur, Agra, or just to Delhi. We could use the internet for free of charge.

The hotel is not too clean (especially the towels), it is located in a quite dangerous, doggy part of the city, which means you cannot just walk out of the hotel on your own, you must go with a driver anywhere. The hotel is loud, staff are shouting on the corridor, and the phone on the corridor rings every five minutes, could not really understand who they are calling on the corridor all the time:)

Very recently, I was in Delhi with my freinds. It was our first trip to India and we were little unsure about how we can enjoy our stay to the maximum , keeping the overall cost within reasonable limits and most importantly with maximum safety. Our hotel, which we had booked online, was the best thing that happened to us. It took care of all the three main worries or concerns I had .It was like a God sent gift in a way.Right from the Airport from where we were picked up free of cost by the hotel Taxi and till the end , our stay at Hotel The Sunder was just out of this world and exceeded our best expectations in more than many ways. Whatever we asked for was arranged very efficiently and at unthinkable cheap prices.It was the best value for money and simply deserve to be appreciated without delay. I am strongly going to recommend this hotel among my friends. Food was good.Rooms were better but the attitude was the best thing at Hotel The Sunder. Staff were so helpful and ever ready to help. There was small communication problem but the good things about them were just too many.It was also very cost effective as it was located so close to Metro Station & Railway Station and also very close to shopping markets like Connaught Place, Karol Bagh and Palika Bazar. It saved so much time and money in traveling cost. Another huge support came from their travel desk. They really planned our tour very efficiently and thanks to them, we were able to use the time available with us in the best possible way at very cheap prices.

Good value for money. Room was ok and there is 24hr service (handy if you would like to order food late in night :) Overall I would recommend the place. They offer free airport pick up - and they were waiting fo us 2 hours as the plane was delayed - make very comfortable to get to the hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel is clean but don't expect more because this is indian low price. Stuff is ok,don't push you to shop or other things.We get a toilet paper and towel,so this is a little more than we expected..position is not so bad according to you want travel by train..

Water was not hot,so after 24hours travelling we need to get a 'refreshing' shower.

They don't take credit card - need to be written in description. I booked all hotels on Booked.net, confirmation by credit card, but arriving to most hotels booked, they were accepting mostly cash only. This was not planned, so I had to go get money with fees at each time. This should be written in all hotels description, what payment they accept. Because I was in places in India very far from cities, nights over $100usd and they would not accept anything else than cash in their currency! Just a little comment like that, because I love Booked.net, but this should be fix :) Thank you! Elisabeth

Approach by all means of transport is very comfortable. Nearby to metro and delhi railway station. Rooms are neat and clean, value for money.

Very friendly staff. Hotel rooms are good with LCD TV and Hot Water.

No internet in rooms (Wi-fi signal low) Very bad located.

Simple yet comfortable. Very warm room in the very cold winter which was what I needed. Clean room with lcd tv which gave me much entertainment.

Towels could be cleaner and the hot water supply was erratic. Apart from these two, everything was great! Staff was friendly and ever so helpful.

There were no such facilities as mentioned in hotel and Booked.net. Like: wireless, cleneliness etc

A free pick up from the Bus Stand was great , was included in the value that was paid. The hotel is good But the staff is average.. Two persons;Pritam and Girish Khurana may be their assets .. Nice people. Stay may be good for routine business traders.

The point to highlight is Night time Road side security which is poor. I was advised, not to come walking to the hotel as there are cases of robberies on record.. This should be cautioned at the time of booking. Surroundings are very discouraging. The next door is a liquor selling vendor.Road is not clean enough. The bill/ receipt was issued on demand, not instantly.
